Imperium Fellowship Application

Imperium AI’s six-week paid Fellowship is designed as a “trial-by-craft” that lets candidates live our six core values while we measure for 5× client-value potential.  Structured like a mini-product cycle, each week layers technical depth, customer obsession, and servant leadership, with mentors pairing daily and a formal rubric driving promotion decisions.  The program borrows proven practices from leading tech fellowships and aligns fully with U.S. wage-and-hour law by paying fellows as temporary non-exempt employees. 

Joining Imperium is less a career move than a commitment. Every full-time hire begins with a six-week fellowship where candidates prove exceptional performance across multiple disciplines. To apply, submit:

• Cover letter detailing your passions, skills, talents, technical or otherwise (surprising skills often find purpose here). In this cover letter also please provide your highest level of education in mathematics, science, engineering, or economics.
